Very disappointing. Called to make reservation with Eric. He was very responsive and polite, quoted me a rate of $45 for single room and $55 for double room. I took the single room for an employee working road construction. The location was 45 minutes away from the construction site but all other hotels in the area were booked or farther away. Called Eric back to bump single room to double room. He ran my credit card for the amount quoted. I gave instructions to the guys to contact Eric once they gotten to town. They drove 45 minutes to get to this hotel, called Eric to get checked into the hotel. Went into the room and saw two mice huddled in the corner. Room didn't have a shower. And they never even saw Eric. After a long day and driving 45 minutes, they spent the night in their truck! And the kicker....I have been calling many times today to get a refund - he doesn't answer AND there is no voicemail box set up...
